A twenty five percent deposit is required with a booking. The balance is due six weeks before the start of the holiday. For bookings  made six weeks or less before arrival date, the full amount is payable with the booking.

The total number of persons shall not exceed those stated on the booking form. All animals must be registered on the booking form whether in caravans etc. or on the camping field.

Once a booking has been confirmed the hirer is responsible for the total advertised price.  No booking is secured until we send you confirmation.

In the event of cancellation we will only refund the total cost of the holiday if you have taken out the optional £15 cancellation plan at the time of initial booking.   

YOU ARE STRONGLY ADVISED TO TAKE ADVANTAGE OF THE CANCELLATION PLAN AVAILABLE AT THE TIME OF BOOKING.

The period of hire is from 4p.m. on the arrival date when one key to each unit will be supplied. During quiet periods keys may be available earlier; this can be checked by phoning reception close to the arrival date. 

 

All accommodation must be vacated by 10 a.m. on the morning of departure. Keys must be handed in to the office and not left in the caravan. Early departures are asked to drop the keys through the letterbox of the cleaner’s depot which is the green building opposite reception.

 

Whilst all bed linen will be provided, towels, soap, loo paper etc will not.

Camping sites must be vacated by 11 a.m. on departure date or an additional day will be charged. Pitches are available from 12 noon.

If there are any problems with your accommodation please inform a member of staff as soon as possible, preferably via reception, most problems can be quickly and easily resolved, but only if we are aware.

The company cannot accept responsibility for loss, damage or accident to persons or private property, including private cars,  bicycles etc however caused.

VISOR. - We do not accept bookings from or allow anyone to stay at Waverley Park Holiday Centre who is or has been listed on the Violent and Sex Offenders Register (or any register which supersedes this), or anyone who is subject to a Sexual Risk Order, Child Abduction Notice or any similar order, court proceedings or register. By making a booking, you are confirming that no one in your party is or has been on any such register, subject to any such order or otherwise the subject of any such court proceedings.

It is understood that anyone reserving a holiday on the site has read and understood the booking conditions and agrees to abide by them.
